FAQ

Which dentist will I be seeing?

If you are a new patient, we will schedule you with the dentist of your preference (if you provide one at the time of booking) or you will be seen by a dentist who has availability on their schedule that day. Returning patients will continue to see their previous providers. If there is someone in particular you are hoping to be seen by, feel free to tell us when you contact us. Occasionally, unexpected changes happen to our schedule and we may contact you about seeing a different provider if necessary.

What if I want to reschedule with a different dentist than the one I have been seeing?

That is totally fine. Just tell us this when you contact us.

What services do you offer?

We offer a full range of preventative, restorative, and aesthetic dental services. Read more about our treatments here.

What if I need something not listed?

If the specific treatment you need is not listed, contact us. Chances are we do it, or if not we will refer you to a trusted partner. Our experienced dentists offer a full range of preventative, restorative, and aesthetic dental care.

How do I book a follow-up visit?

At the end of your first visit, we will get you scheduled for your next visit before you leave. Or, if you need more time to figure out your schedule, just contact us afterwards and we will find you a time.

Do you do paediatric dentistry?

Certainly, we welcome children at our dental clinic, and recommend you bring them in for their first appointment by their first birthday.

What if I want a second opinion?

If another dentist has recommended that you get a treatment done and you want a second opinion, we are more than happy to provide one, just contact us. If you are one of our patients and we recommend a procedure, you are more than welcome to seek a second opinion. We will provide you with our proposed treatment plan to take to another dentist.

What if I miss my appointment?

If you are late for an appointment, we will make every effort to see you as soon as possible, but keep in mind that your appointment may need to be shortened or need to be rescheduled depending on the circumstances.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will consider your appointment cancelled and you might be charged a fee/deposit in order to secure future appointments. Contact us if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, just make sure to do so more than 24 hours before your appointment time.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, you might be charged a fee/deposit in order to secure future appointments. This is because we have reserved that time specifically for your care, and our appointments are in very high demand.

How long do appointments take?

We schedule our appointments with enough time to give you thorough care while also making sure you are completely comfortable and safe. A new patient examination and hygiene appointment generally takes about 1 hour for new patients. Check-ups take about 30 minutes. A whitening treatment takes about 2 hours.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

You should arrive for your appointment 5-10 minutes before when it is scheduled to begin.

What are your premises like?

Our dental practice is open, modern, light-filled and utilizes the latest technology and equipment to ensure you have a comfortable and safe visit. You can view our About section to see pictures and learn more about what the space is like.

Where are you located?

Our dental practice is located at 167 Lea Bridge Road, ground floor of the Motion Development Complex. That is right across Lea Bridge Train Station with links to Stratford (5 minutes) or Tottenham Hale (5 min) and Liverpool Street (15 min).

Is your dental practice accessible by wheelchair?

We pride ourselves to be a fully disabled accessible dental practice, with level access in every single room of our premises and clearance for a wheelchair in all walkaways. Let us know if you need any other special accommodations before your visit and we will be more than happy to help.
